There were big changes in the world’s history, such as the discovery of fire, which greatly altered human life from hunting to living in communities. Quitting hunting and starting to live together created several jobs at that moment, such as agriculture, selling goods and services, and teaching.

Have you ever entered an operating room? If yes, you have seen how every decision matters. This means one mistake can save a person or put someone to death. Therefore, this job requires strong judgment and high decision-making skills.

Actually, a community does not depend on algorithms; it is based on trust instead. Therefore, it can be impossible for AI to build trust at this point as human beings do.

These jobs require emotions, unspoken history, shared identity, trust networks, relational legitimacy, and closeness to the community.

One of the jobs that requires warmth, affection, and social modeling is done by early childhood educators. Imagine two learners having a conflict; this will require someone to guide them through it, and AI won’t know when the children have conflicted so as to guide them.

This job is safe from AI because the best therapy comes from the connection built between people, not just an automated one.

Psychotherapists base their work on trust, empathy, careful listening, and other affection-related factors. AI cannot understand non-verbal cues, meaningful silence, or human tiredness.
